ihAg has been taking action to support people living with the experience of homelessness for the past 40 years. Our Housing Management team offers supported accommodation for up to 55 residents across 14 properties in Ipswich.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Housing Support Coordinator to join our team, to manage the day to day activities of the support coordinators, and provide guidance, advice and supervision.
In addition to supporting the team, you will have direct key work responsibility for some of our residents, and for ensuring the quality of support and advice provided meets the standards ihAg expects.
This is a new role which reports directly to and deputises for the Housing Services Manager, so you should have some experience of compiling and presenting reports, and of implementing and monitoring good working practices.
