Our Homeless Hub in the centre of Ipswich is open 6 days a week for advice, information and support as well as practical help: showers, laundry, hot food and drinks, and access to health care.

How Our Advocacy Team Can Help

Facing homelessness, or the risk of losing your home, comes with many challenges. Our Advocacy team is here to support you with the huge range of practical and emotional issues you might be facing.

Our advocates are available 6 days a week to guide you through essential processes, including:

  • Making a homeless application
  • Applying for benefits
  • Registering for health support
  • Improving independent living skills

Please note: All face-to-face support is by pre-arranged appointment only. Our reception is open from 9am to 5pm every weekday if you need to drop in.
