Our trustees

Trustees play a vital role in ensuring ihAg fulfils its mission and charitable purpose.  This includes setting ihAg’s strategic direction, maintaining strong governance, and championing our mission to support people at risk of homelessness in Ipswich.

Our Trustees bring a wide range of knowledge, skills and experience which enables them to ensure ihAg fulfils its mission and charitable purpose.

Catherine Bowyer

Trustee

Catherine has wide experience in marketing and runs her own consultancy business. 

Rob Davison Vice Chair

Rob Davison

Vice Chair

Rob is the Vice-Chair. He has a background in business strategy and consulting and also has expertise in management, finance and governance. He is a trustee for an education trust, a mentor to charity CEOs and has several advisory board roles.

Tom Jell ihAg Chair

Tom Jell

Chair

Tom has a background in retail management and is Customer Experience Manager at Suffolk Building Society.  He chairs the Board of Trustees.

Paula

Paula Kerr

Trustee

Board director with experience of leading public and voluntary sector organisations in the areas of health, social care and education.  Paula has special expertise in the areas of mental health and safeguarding.

Karen has a background in accountancy and education, having worked as a Headteacher for many years.  She is a qualified accountant  and experienced Trustee. Karen also works for oher local charities.

Steve has a background in Technology and Risk Management with multinational financial services firms.  He also volunteers with several other local charities.

Joe Wood ihAg Trustee

Joe is the proprietor of the estate agency, Joe Wood Property Team, and has expert knowledge of property management and ownership.
